Dr. Mark Lusnar is an organizational consultant, psychologist and business school professor.
In his consulting work, Dr. Lusnar provides Leadership Development, Management Skills Training, Executive Coaching and Teambuilding for leaders, managers and teams. As a trainer and executive coach, Dr. Lusnar focuses on enhancing interpersonal skills and improving individual and organizational performance. In addition to training and consulting, he is an adjunct business professor in the Masters programs of Dominican University of California, the University of San Francisco, and UCSF.
Mark’s professional background spans 25+ years and includes management positions with Arthur Andersen, Staples, and McMaster-Carr Supply. Dr. Lusnar earned his PhD in Psychology from Loyola University of Chicago and his MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Lorraine was the Senior Vice President, Ethics & Compliance for Dragados USA, Inc., and the Ethics and Corporate Compliance Officer/Counsel forSchiavone Construction Co. LLC, John P. Picone Incorporated and Pulice Construction; all subsidiaries of Madrid based Grupo ACS, a global construction contractor. She is an accredited ethics and compliance professional. Her 21 years as a commercial and construction law litigator left her uniquely positioned to make her companies leaders in the industry in establishing effective, comprehensive ethics and compliance programs. She was responsible for creating, designing, implementing and overseeing those “best practices” programs at her companies.
She has been recognized as a dynamic, forward-looking executive and leader in ethics and compliance issues facing the construction industry, particularly with respect to small, minority, women-owned and disadvantaged business participation on government funded projects.
Lorraine was or is active with leading industry organizations: theConstruction Industry Ethics Compliance Initiative (former company representative to the organization), the Women Builders Council (member of the Board of Directors, a local NY based organization), the Women Construction Owners and Executives (member of the Board of Directors, a national organization), the American Road and Transportation Builders Association, the General Contractors Association of New York, the Associated General Contractors, The Building Trades and Employers Association, the New York Electrical Contractors Association and is a frequent lecturer on ethics and compliance issues which are particularly relevant to the construction industry.
She is currently the co-chair of the Construction and Engineering Group of the Ethical Compliance Officers Association and co-chair of the Transportation Law Committee of the American Road and Transportation Builders Association.
